I also attest to have consent of anyone clearly depicted in images submitted and agree to provide proof of consent upon request. Further, I certify that I am at least 18 years of age and I waive any claims to royalties, compensation or other remuneration with regards to submitted photo(s). I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bianco Evento GmbH from and against all claims, actions, proceedings, damages, losses, liabilities, and costs that may arise from or related to any infringement on any intellectual property rights or other rights of a third party. I understand that I can ask Bianco Evento GmbH to remove my submitted contents from Bianco Evento GmbH Web Properties at any time and for any reason or no reason by contacting Bianco Evento GmbH via e-mail on bride[at]bianco-evento.com. Bianco Evento GmbH reserves the right, but does not have an obligation, to monitor and/or review the submitted contents and is therfore not responsible for submitted contents and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of submitted contents, which may not necessarily reflect the views of Bianco Evento GmbH.
